Bridge the World of Man and Sea…

“I am so happy that my children were able to swim with dolphins yesterday. It was a special day not to be forgotten.

Thank you for your patience and support as I built up my courage to try snorkeling again after my fear and panic and the reward was the beautiful Manta Rays dancing beside me as I snorkeled.You are such a special person, you make people feel safe and help to bridge the world of man and the sea. Best Ever! In My Whole Life!

“Today was one of the BEST ever. I mean – In my whole life.

We all swam with real, wild, in the big blue … Dolphins. They were pacific spinners and were amazing.

We found a pod of about 20-30 and actually got to swim right next to them, with them. I had the whole pod all around me. On both sides above and below me – I was IN the pod. Totally awesome. Totally unbelievable, but so true. It’s hard to swim as fast as a dolphin even when they’re going slow. I am SO tired. Awesome.

A Memorable and Accessible Day!

“Just a note to tell you how I enjoyed my time aboard Dolphin Journeys! That day I didn’t feel up to taking off braces, getting in and out of water — but ended up having the best view of sea life possible. I sat atop with Jay & could see everything from a bird’s eye view. And we saw a lot: 6-7 whales breaching & fluking, manta rays, and countless spinner dolphins showing off. Also got a lot of information from Jay.

So I sort of test-drove the boat for accessibility. You can safely say that parking is close by, the ramp down to the water is do-able, and boarding was not a problem for me. I chose to climb the ladder up which was not easy – my braces do not easily bend – but there is no “adapting” that AND it was my choice.

I believe it was our most magical day in Hawaii. My daughter and I held hands as a group of dolphins rose from the bottom in a funnel like pattern. They surrounded us!
